"Public media play an essential role in shaping democratic consciousness"

The national government and authorities of public channels highlighted the need for "society to know the importance of public media" and called to defend them at the inauguration of the 23rd Plenary of the Public Television Council that will take place until Friday at the Center Cultural Kirchner (CCK) with the aim of "strengthening the development of these means of communication".

"For us, the public media play an essential role in everything that the formation of the democratic conscience of the country means. They allow us to reach the entire country, inform and above all have a voice of who leads the destinies of Argentina in a certain historical period," the head of the Cabinet of Ministers, Agustín Rossi, told Télam.
