The lawyer of the confessed but unimpeachable adolescent author of the crime of Joaquín Sperani, the 14-year-old boy murdered by a schoolmate of the same age, on June 29 in the Cordoba town of Laboulaye, requested before the court that the minor of age be returned to his parents, while the directors of the school where both attended were removed from their positions by order of the provincial Ministry of Education, judicial and ministerial sources reported this Thursday. The lawyer specified that the proposal was based on a ruling from the Superior Court of Justice (TSJ), issued on September 25, which urges juvenile criminal judges to "seek other alternatives other than internment" in the Complex.
